Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of tareeqalhareer.net and the engagement of Tareeq Al Hareer Digital Solution (trade licence no. 909055, registration no. 906439, media permit MP-01-01-909055), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Services and packages

• Content is submitted for review within 48 hours of the plan being approved; two rounds of revisions are included.
• Packages renew monthly unless cancelled in writing before the renewal date.
• Fees are non-refundable once production has started.
• Ownership of the delivered content transfers to the client on full payment; raw files stay with the studio.
• Media budgets are paid by the client directly to Meta, TikTok, Snapchat or Google.

Prices and payment

Published prices are in UAE dirhams and may change without notice for new orders. The company is not currently VAT-registered. Monthly packages are paid in advance at the start of each cycle; three-month packages are paid in full upfront.

Client responsibilities

The client provides materials, information and approvals in good time and warrants that it holds the rights to any material it supplies. The client is responsible for the accuracy of published claims about its products and services and their compliance with UAE regulations.

Intellectual property

The studio may display completed work in its portfolio and on its own channels unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

The studio does not guarantee specific results from advertising or social platforms, which are subject to third-party policies. In all cases the studio's liability is limited to the fees paid for the month concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates; the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction over any dispute.
