How is a referral attributed to me?

Through your personal link (tareeqalhareer.net/r/your-code) or your code. When someone opens the link, their browser remembers you for 90 days: a WhatsApp message or a form sent from our site in that window is attributed to you. You can also ask the business to mention your code when they contact us.

4% of every payment the referred client makes during their first 12 months. The rate rises to 6% once three of your referrals have become paying clients, and to 8% from five. The tier applies to all payments from the month you reach it.

When and how am I paid?

Monthly, by bank transfer in AED, for client payments that cleared in the previous month. Your dashboard shows each payment, the rate applied and the resulting commission, plus a record of every payout.

What counts as a won client?

A referred business that signed with Silk Road and made its first payment. Businesses that only ask for a quote, or that were already our clients or already in conversation with us, do not count.

Do I have to sell or negotiate?

No. You make the introduction; our team handles the meeting, the proposal, pricing and delivery. Partners never quote prices on our behalf.

Can I refer my own company?

No. Self-referrals, referrals of a company you own or your employer, and referrals of existing clients or open leads are excluded. Paid ads on our brand names and spam end the partnership.

How do I follow my referrals?

Sign in to your partner dashboard with a link sent to your email: it lists every referral with its status and expiry date, every deal with its payments, and every payout.

A 12-month window per client

Commission is earned on what the referred client actually pays during the 12 months after the first payment: monthly packages, quarterly plans, one-off projects and add-ons alike.

Paid monthly, after cleared cash

At the start of each month we total the client payments that cleared in the previous month, apply your rate and pay your commission by bank transfer, with a statement of every line.

An example

You introduce a restaurant that takes the AED 8,000 monthly social package for a year: AED 96,000 paid. On the Starter tier that is AED 3,840 for you; on the Elite tier AED 7,680, from one introduction.

The rules, in short

The full program terms are sent with your approval email. These are the points that matter most.

First referrer wins: a business is attributed to the first partner whose link they opened or whose code they mentioned.
A referral is valid for 90 days from the introduction. If the business becomes a client after that, no commission is due.
Commission is earned on payments actually received during the client's first 12 months, and paid after the cash has cleared.
No self-referrals: you cannot refer your own business, a company you own or your employer.
Existing clients and businesses already in conversation with us (open leads) cannot be referred.
No paid ads on the Silk Road or Tareeq Al Hareer brand names, no spam, no unsolicited mass messages.
Silk Road decides on pricing, proposals and whether to take a client. Partners never quote prices on our behalf.
