Tareeq Al Hareer Digital Solution (trade licence no. 909055, Sharjah) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through tareeqalhareer.net and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you send through our contact forms: name, business name, phone number, email, sector, requested service, approximate budget and your message.
- Technical data when a form is submitted: IP address and browser type, used to protect the form from abuse.
- Anonymous usage data through analytics tools (Google Tag Manager) when enabled.
How we use it
- To answer your request and prepare a quote or consultation.
- To email you a confirmation that we received your request.
- To improve the website and our services.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that run our website and email (hosting, email delivery, Cloudinary for media), and only as far as needed to operate the service.
Retention
Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case they are kept as part of the contractual relationship.
WhatsApp and external links
When you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's privacy policy applies. We do not control external sites linked from ours.
Dalil Al Mowaten, the rate card and email updates
When you request the Dalil Al Mowaten guide or the rate card on the site or through our WhatsApp assistant, we store your name, email address, phone number (if given), business type and emirate, the time and wording of your consent, and the page or campaign you came from. The legal basis is your consent; we use the data only to send the guide, the monthly rate card and the follow-up emails.
The "I am a UAE national" box is optional and has its own consent because it is sensitive data under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. We use it only to tailor content for Emirati-owned businesses; it is never shared with any advertising platform or third party, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to admin@tareeqalhareer.net.
We keep this data for 24 months from your last interaction and then delete it. You can unsubscribe from the link in every email. The data sits on servers we operate ourselves, and your email address or phone number is never used to build advertising audiences.
