Service agreement

Provider: Tareeq Al Hareer Digital Solution (طريق الحرير للحلول الرقمية), trade licence no. 909055 issued by the Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD), media permit MP-01-01-909055, Expo Sharjah Building, Al Taawun Street, Al Khan, Sharjah, UAE.

Client: the person or business named in the subscription details entered on the website (name, business name, email, phone). This agreement applies together with the terms and conditions and the refunds and cancellation policy; where they differ, those pages prevail.

The package and billing cycle you chose at checkout, as shown on the invoice, are the ones that apply. Prices are in UAE dirhams and no VAT is added (the company is not VAT-registered).

There is no minimum term. Packages are paid in advance: monthly packages at the start of each month, three-month packages in full upfront at a discount. The payment card is stored by Stripe and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period on the saved card. If a renewal payment fails, the service stays active for 7 days and then pauses until the balance is settled.

You can cancel the renewal at any time before the renewal date from the client account or by writing to us; the package stays active until the end of the paid period. Cancel before any work has started and within 7 days of payment and we refund the full amount to the same card; the same applies to a renewal you did not intend if you write within 7 days of the charge and before work has started. Once production has started (plan approved, shoot held or first content delivered) the fees are non-refundable.

Every month of the package includes the reels, posts and stories listed on the packages page, with a monthly content plan and a monthly performance report. Content is submitted for your review within 48 hours of the plan being approved, with two rounds of revisions included. You provide materials and approvals in good time and are responsible for the accuracy of what is published about your products and services.

Ownership of the delivered content transfers to you on full payment; raw files stay with the studio. The studio may show the work in its portfolio and on its own channels unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Sector packages include ad spend inside their price (Clinics & personal brands: AED 1,500; Restaurants & cafés: AED 3,000) that we place on the platforms for your campaigns; it is spend that reaches the platform, not a fee. Any additional budget is paid by you directly to Meta, TikTok, Snapchat or Google. Presence, Growth and Impact include no ad spend. We do not guarantee specific results from advertising platforms, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the month concerned.
