Is there a long contract? Can I cancel whenever I want?
I tried an agency before and they tied me to a one-year contract. Do you have a long commitment, or can I stop any time?

There is no annual commitment. Monthly packages renew automatically at the end of each month on the card saved at checkout, and you can cancel the renewal any time before the renewal date from your account or by writing to us; the package stays active until the end of the paid month.
Three-month packages (clinics, restaurants) are paid upfront at a discount and are the only exception to monthly billing.
Two points from the terms worth knowing: fees are non-refundable once production has started, and ownership of the delivered content transfers to you on full payment. Everything is in the one-page service agreement you can read before paying.
