What the fee covers
1. Setup (first week)
- Business Manager, ad accounts and pages created or verified in your name; Silk Road added as a partner, never as owner
- Pixel and Conversions API through your platform's native integration (Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla, Wix) or Google Tag Manager on custom sites
- Purchase, lead and WhatsApp events tested on desktop and phone; domain verification; Google tag and GA4 conversions
- Payment method and spend limit on your ad account matching the agreed budget
2. Launch (week two)
- Competitor and audience research, Arabic and English messaging
- Campaigns by objective, ad sets by audience, three to five ads each
- Creative brief to our content team: hooks, vertical video, offer and price visible
- Budget split across acquisition, retargeting and retention
3. Run (every week, every month)
- Pacing against the monthly cap, bid and audience adjustments
- New creatives before frequency climbs; search-term cleanup on Google
- Landing-page and tracking checks, and a look at your real leads and sales, not only platform numbers
- Monthly report in your language: spend, results, cost per result, what changed, what is next
You own everything
Ad accounts, pixel, audiences and history stay in your Business Manager. If we ever part ways, nothing has to be rebuilt.
How billing works
- The fee is billed monthly in advance on your saved card and renews automatically; cancel any time before the renewal date
- Setup work is included in the first month
- Changing your budget band takes effect from the next month: write to us and we switch the tier
- No guaranteed results: platforms decide delivery; we optimise relentlessly and report honestly
