If I pay and change my mind, can I get a refund?

  The policy is short and written in the terms: a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of payment and before any work has started. Once production starts (plan approved, shooting or writing under way) the fees are non-refundable, because the team has actually worked.

  After the first month, your real protection is that the package is monthly: cancel the renewal before the renewal date and it ends with the paid month, no fees.

  If you want to try us before a monthly subscription, there are one-off products such as the Content Day at AED 2,500, and what it produces stays yours whether you continue with us or not.
