  Nothing goes live without your approval. The sequence in every package:

  1. Calendar first: we send the monthly content plan (topics, formats, dates) and you approve it.
  2. First content within 48 hours of the plan being approved arrives for your review.
  3. Two rounds of revisions are included on every piece: you comment, we revise, you approve.
  4. Publishing only according to the approved calendar.

  Review happens in one place you and your team can see (no scattered messages), and any standing note, such as how the shop's name is written or a word to avoid, goes into the voice guide and does not recur.

  The first shoot is usually scheduled in the first two weeks, and most accounts are posting on the new plan within three weeks of subscribing. A change requested after approval and publishing is treated as a new piece in the following month.
