Dalil Al Mowaten (the citizen's guide) is a free guide I wrote for Emirati business owners on marketing their business in 2026. You read it on the site without signing up or leaving an email.
It follows the order I would recommend to any small business: what to do first (Google Business Profile and WhatsApp Business), one channel before five, content before ads with our package volumes as a reference, ads from AED 900 a month, a one-page website, the support programmes worth looking up (Ruwad, Khalifa Fund, Dubai SME, Nafis: names only, conditions on their official pages), a realistic quarter budget, and what to measure.
Every price in it comes from our published rate card and it carries no statistics. The checklist and the rate card go by email to anyone who asks.
