There is no sector package for real estate; we run it on Growth (AED 6,900) or Impact (AED 9,000), because what makes the difference in this field is the monthly property shoot and the reels, and both include it.

An individual agent usually starts on Growth as a personal-brand plan; brokerages and developers take Impact with team content, launch campaigns and lead routing across several agents.

Ads are a separate subscription: 30% of the budget with a minimum of AED 900 per platform, and the budget is paid to the platform directly. Yes, we target overseas buyers: campaigns by country, language and price band, with Arabic and English creatives, and we discuss with you which markets fit the project's price point before spending.
