Can a clinic advertise on social media in the UAE?
I have a dental clinic in Sharjah. I heard medical advertising is banned or needs a permit. What is allowed?

Yes, within the rules of the health authority your clinic falls under. Educational and awareness content and general service information are allowed; claims about results, some discounts on treatments and certain imagery (before/after, for instance) are restricted or need a permit.
As a doctor I know where the line is, which is why we plan clinic content from the start to stay inside it: conditions and procedures explained in plain language, a tour of the clinic, the team, the questions patients ask most. That kind of content is what builds trust anyway.
Advertising permits remain the clinic's responsibility towards the health authority, and we help you prepare the material it asks for. The Clinics & personal brands package (AED 15,000 per three months) is built on this principle.
