If I stop the subscription, who owns the photos and videos?
A previous agency refused to hand over the files after I stopped with them. With you, is the content mine or yours?

The content is yours. Ownership of everything delivered (reels, photos, designs, copy) transfers to you on full payment, and you use it on your accounts, website, delivery apps, print and ads without any further permission.
The only exception is the raw files (camera files and project files before the edit), which stay with the studio, as they do with every production studio.
The accounts are yours too: the social pages, Business Manager, the ad account and the pixel are created in your name with us added as a partner, so if we part ways the accounts and their data stay with you.
We may show the work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
