Does the doctor have to appear on camera? Our doctors do not like it

  A doctor on camera helps a great deal, because a patient trusts a face before trusting a clinic, but it is not compulsory. Many of the clinics we work with prefer not to film their doctors, and then we switch to alternative content:

  • A tour of the clinic, the equipment and the treatment rooms.
  • Animated explainers of the procedures.
  • Team content (reception, nursing) and the patient journey from the door.
  • Patient-education posts: when to come in, what to expect, common questions.
  • The doctor's voice only, over clinic footage, no face: a middle ground that often works.

  Quite often, once a doctor sees the first reel and the patients' reactions, they change their mind and appear in the next shoot. We start where your team is comfortable.
